"Dealing with this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had booking through Expedia. The airline that was a part of our package somehow made a hour and a half right turned into a 24 hour ordeal that left me stranded in Nashville when I should have been in Georgia. Even though contacted and advised of what happened once 24 hours later I arrive they refuse to check me into the hotel. I had to stand outside approximately three hours, chatting with their customer service to try to explain...

"We arrived past midnight as we were driving from NC to FL and had booked a stay at this Home2Suite several days in advance outside of Atlanta, GA. When we arrived they said our room were sold off and that there were no rooms left in the hotel for the night. The front desk staff who told us this was not able to explain why and offered no help or remedy. This left us stranded and we had to find another hotel without using Expedia."

"The property was quiet and in a wonderful area."

"Great stay! Nice, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room & bed, great breakfast."

"Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be back"

"I stayed 4 nights. One day the housekeepers just changed the towels and didn't clean the room. Another day, the housekeepers they did not clean the room at all and of course no clean towels. The quality of the food very poor. Breakfast is always the same ."

"It was all it was advertised to be. Very easy to use the shuttle service."

"Everything. Everyone was nice an polite."

"Excellent stay"

"Smelled and looked clean! Staff exceptionally hospitable. Close to the airport, but not bothered by airport noise. Definitely convenient to the SkyTrain for easy access to both the airport terminal and rental car center."

"All we liked was the cleanliness! The pool was under maintenance which really pissed me off because that’s the main reason I booked the hotel."

"The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. The property overall was in good condition. The only downside is you will pay 22$ to park in the lot which is disappointing."
