"I enjoyed the stay"

"Room a bit cold and adjusting heating didn't make much difference. Hotel is a few miles south of Fort William so I stayed in for dinner which I seriously regret. Food was mediocre at best and expensive for burnt pepperoni pizza overloaded with cheese and tomato paste and sausage unidentifiable as pepperoni. Staff uninterested in doing anything to help."

"Perfectly placed for the airport. Plenty parking, dinner was delicious as was breakfast. Comfy room. Only niggle was size of towels but its a minor point. Good overnight stop"

"Excellent location , lovely staff, but a bit noisy at night , and shower water a bit small , the room is a bit cold too. "

"The best hotel on our Scottish travels. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My wife who is not very mobile found movement around the hotel excellent for her needs and staff helped in ensuring diable parking available Dinner and breakfast service and food choices also excellent."

"Wasn’t really sure what to expect due to the renovation work currently in progress but actually it didn’t make any difference. The view from our room would have been the same, the back of an old BT building. The room wasn’t a hotel suite but more a mini apartment in a block at the back of the hotel, it looked like the photos but once you were in the room the finishing off wasn’t great. Carpet trims loose, safe on the floor so you had to be on your hands & knees to use it. Shower tray was shallow so looked nice but drained really slowly. On arrival the room was cold and didn’t really warm up until the 2nd day. Nice to have a sink & fridge but the sink has no drainer so awkward to wash up. No table mats or coasters and the tables are wooden, there were already ring marks on the tables. My eyes have been itchy all weekend, guessing it’s most likely there had been a dog in the room as now we have left my eyes are fine. We never went into the hotel except for checking in. Unlikely we would book again."

"Stayed for 4 days and lift was out of order whole time. Man behind bar took several attempts to serve a decent pint. Room was clean , staff pleasant "
