The staff was very courteous and the hotel is overall a nice place, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The breakfast is good quality and clean. The issue we ran into this trip is both the pool and the hot tub were down, which is why we elected to stay here. They did offer no fee cancel but when it's late and your tired and need to get to bed, finding another hotel and moving is a pain

Fairfield hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were very nice especially since we had our dog. The staff was great - so friendly and helpful.
