"Hey there! We had such a lovely stay at this place. It was super easy to get around to all the spots we wanted to check out. And honestly, everyone on the staff was so friendly and easy to chat with whenever we needed anything. My girlfriends and I were here last weekend, and our room was seriously spacious – perfect for just chilling out! 😊"

"Enjoyed our stay in Bentonville. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and offered several options. There was a stain on one of the sheets but not terrible. AC worked well. Happy to be able to have our dog there too."

"No hot water at 6:45 am. We let the hot water faucet run at least 15 continuous minutes in bathroom with COLD water coming out. I went downstairs to front desk and asked if breakdown of hot water heater. Attendant asked if I had tried shower faucet and I replied No. I then went upstairs and tried shower faucet it eventually got warm enough to use. My wife and I tried both sinks in bathroom and in kitchen area twenty minutes later, still COLD. No shaving today. Disappointed barely describes the...

"What a pleasant surprise! The hotel was nice, clean, and modern. The staff friendly and eager to help. We travel with a small dog and the dog park was large and even had balls for him to chase. All in all a great experience."

"All good. It's just that hardware for main and bathroom doors are worn. Totally fixable."

"Stay was nice and front desk was nice. They seemed a little understaffed. Breakfast options was more than expected which was nice. One issue I had was I booked this hotel specifically because they offered a shuttle to places within 5 miles. We were going to the amp so I thought that would be an awesome perk. Got there and found out they don’t do the shuttle anymore. That’s fine and all but probably should be listed as an amenity when looking to book."
