"The guy who I check in was great, but the other people have bad customer service. The restroom was filthy, walls dirty. They only gave us one tissue roll, and the room stink. My husband had to walk to get more towels and they don't clean your room. I wont be going back. Go to Hampton inn across the street. Its way better, and to add. It was a dead roach on the table smh. I should've got a refund and left."

"Well, there were some female hygiene products in the trashcan in the bathroom and there was not a trash bag in the trashcan. I kind of expected there to be small bottles of shampoo and soap, but there wasn’t."

"The evening check in girl was fabulous!! So kind, helpful and helped us over and above! The girl cleaning in our area was very nice!! Only real complaint the tv program and tv was absolutely horrible and we requested a wake up call and never got it. Needs to have a little better maintenance done."
