"The property itself is of a good standard inside and clean. However, it has two major defects: 1. It is located right at the exit to a traffic tunnel and is extremely noisy day and night. 2. The 'front-desk' is the counter of the cafè and is only open 9 till 5. Outside these hours, guests are on their own as staff do not respond to WhatsApp messages and only very slowly to emails."

"The place is reasonably quiet even though our room is facing the street and is only on the second level. Our suite is big with a square dining table and a big couch. Kitchen is decently equipped. Two minor issue we have, the front door lock is trickly to unlock, and the room is dark even with all the lights turned on."
