"Staff was friendly and helpful, but the property has a lot of signs of wear. Damaged elevator buttons, none of the rear door access worked (One taped open), damanged chess pieces outside."

It was almost 6:30 and we just wanted to grab some muffins to get on the road and got yelled at for walking in the room even though all of that was out and ready and there was a family in there eating. "When I arrived I was given a room that hadn’t been made up or cleaned. After a long drive I had to go back to the office and ask for another room. Clerk was very slow. Got to my room… dirty walls drapes were too long over the ac and blew all night and had nasty looking stains on the. newly replaced furniture w the exception of one badly frayed chair. Breakfast was a joke… someone should tell them that little Debbie oatmeal pies are not breakfast food. Very limited. I grabbed a banana and yogurt...

"Great for a night’s stay, great restaurant within walking distance “Three Oaks”. Waffle House next door…clean room, updated bathroom…but no elevator, so pack accordingly or ask for a ground floor room if you find stairs difficult. Recommended."
