"Beautiful setting, beautiful people too many names to mention. Very helpful staff. 5 star rooms. Been staying here for many years. My home away from home since 2010. Just one occurence where a dog was allowed in to the area where the pool is. He was on the table and on the coaches outside. It wasn't people staying at the hotel. The lady was using rude language in front of the kids esp mine as our tables where next to each other!! I alerted a staff member. "

Various issues including the closet doors, poor AC, drawers coming off, etc, etc. I was told that the hotel was going through remodeling.
