Cari Hotel di Afrika Selatan

"Staff morale low and initiative and service was poor at times. Breakfast has deteriorated and not in keeping with 5 star service. Rooms need updating."

"Alles Super gelaufen und Stephan und sein Team waren sehr freundlich. Gruß Mayer "

"Room was clean, staff was helpful, great restaurant and bar."

"The check in was not accurate i had to complain after i was given a single room for 3 people with one bed when i had booked an appartment with 3 rooms and 3 beds."

"Very nice team, quite, discret, available, very professional. Note: 20/20 The location is very nice with an amazing view of the surounding mountains and cliff. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. We saw many animals on the way and around the lodge (monkeys, impalas, gnou, mangusts and a rare red deer) with a particular enjoyable wake-up when opening the curtains: a girafe standing and drinking in front of the terrasse at 6 am."

"The area is not safe"

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were very clean. Would stay here again."

"Fantastic location and the boma was great"

"Bathroom could be cleaner especially the shower"

"The rooms were clean but a bit worn, with the essential amenitites (but no hairdryer, for example). The location is excellent with every 15 minute shuttle to and from load / unload areas of the airport, which is a 5 minute ride. The restaurant offers a buffet dinner (and individual dinners as well), which was quite adequate for an overnight stay. Others sommented that th room service was well done, but we did not try it. Staff was helpful and pleasant."

"Very good location, clean and staff are very friendly……..and the apartment very good…."

"Great location....... And staff are very friends...."

"I and my family had a great experience at this hotel. Madalyne helped us with our airport transfer and answered all our questions even before we arrived. All of the front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. Our 2 room suite was awesome and the terrace on the 4th floor is a great place to relax in the evenings!"
