- parking very limited/ small spaces in garage
- old hotel- seen better days

"Lovely vintage hotel. Very clean and in a great location. Comfy bed and large, well-appointed rooms. My only minor complaint was the front desk attendant could have been friendlier. He barely made eye contact, and grumbled his way through checking us in without so much as a “hello” or “welcome.” For the price level, I expect a little more hospitality from staff"
"Came to Seattle for a wedding. I saw the rate and surrounding area and took a chance and made reservations since I wasnt familar with Seattle. Right on the corner and within walking to shopping and some food locales. The hotel itself is mature... it's kept well however during our stay the lobby was being repaired so there was construction. The rooms are charming but again it's a mature hotel..if you rent a car there is a nightly fee with in and out privileges. There was were no issues with parking during my stay. Overall I would stay here again."
