"The toilet is too low for older folks and people with bad knees, etc. We were told it was $11 to park when we got to the hotel (which I did not see when I booked the room), but was not told it was per night. That is extremely disappointing. Especially since there were not many parking spaces close to the entrance. I found out when I checked my bank account. That amount was not put on my receipt. I will look elsewhere to stay on a return trip."

El resultado fue que mi dinero se quedó en un limbo, tuve que llamar varias veces a mi banco (BBVA) para intentar resolverlo pero, hasta este momento, sigue mi dinero volando. "Overall the hotel was nice but we did not have a working tv or phone during our 4 day stay. We asked staff multiple times about it and they could not give an answer about when or if it would be fixed. The breakfast everyday was great and the pool was nice as well."
