"The elevator was out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. No offer was made to assist carrying luggage up and for a couple of senior citizens, especially one with a prosthetic leg. That was not good customer service. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and had a variety of options."

"This was our 2nd year staying at The Canterbury Inn with our little dog. The staff are fantastic and it feels like everything has been thought of to make the stay enjoyable for humans and dogs. The rooms are well appointed and have all you might need. There are board games in the common room for rainy days and DVDs to rent on the lobby. You are close to everything here (highly recommend Dugan's pizza and Kookabura donuts!) We will be back next year!"

"Absolutely loved our stay! We had a wonderful experience at this place was spotlessly clean and felt just like a cozy home away from home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect and quiet very close to the beach the staff was super responsive and helpful from the moment we arrived until checkout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay"

"Terrible WI-FI, Dirty Hot tub, a lot of the electrical outlets did not work. Rock hard beds. No blankets, just sheets. All night parties in the parking lot. We will never stay there again! Dirty windows....etc."

"This is NOT a 3-star hotel, I was booked into a smaller room but expected to pay price of the more expensive room and they engaged in dishonest business practices known as 'drip pricing' they charged me $49 cleaning fee which is NOT included in the Expedia 'Total price + fees' nor is it on their own website. This is now ILLEGAL in WA and USA. The room was 1 star: sandy floor, sticky goo on the bedside table (I texted about this but never got a response), rust coming out of the bathroom faucets...
