"This hotel was everything and more of what we expected. From the moment you arrived they made us feel especial. The hotel is in the perfect spot, right on Boulders Beach where the penguins are. "The place is lovely, and the cottage was very charming, but I felt like the place needed a better clean, especially considering the price. The drying rack in the kitchen had a grime build-up, and the shower floor was quite grubby. I also noticed some hair on the floor under one of the beds, and the vase was hiding an ant family that came out during the night.
