"This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. "Great resort! Friendly staff, very clean everywhere and good amenities. Pool and hot tub where excellent although it should stay open till 11 not 10pm. So close to the main attractions at the boardwalk but far enough away late night sound was never an issue.
Views overlooking the ocean were amazing!
Highly recommend this place and will stay here again. "

"Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out."

"There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive.
