"This cute property has the potential but falls short. The staff was friendly and we were greeted promptly. The new manager(s?) need to make an ample amount of repairs to the property. Small things like lightbulbs burning out or flickering in the bathroom that need replacing. Bathtub needed a good scrub. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The outside sidewalk is crumbling cement but safely you can walk on a small paver path. I had to plug the hairdryer into an outlet outside of the bathroom as the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. I would have called the front desk but the phone didn’t work. It was possibly on the same circuit breaker as the ac unit that wouldn’t work. The breakfast was good for someone in a hurry to grab and go. TO the manager-you are sitting on a gold mine!!!! if you make the improvements as it’s within walking distance of several great places, restaurants in the vicinity. "

"This was a decent value and in a good location in Wells. New property and seemed like they were still working some small kinks out. I would judge it slightly less in quality than its fairly direct competitors. Some of the non-chain but similar quality hotels in Wells/Ogunquit are a bit better."

"My stay was horrible and staff didnt care. It took 15 minutes for night clerk to tespond to my calls to check in. He told me he was helping a guest in a room but came down hallway chewing a mouth full of food. Room was filthy. Lights didnt work. Bed linens were not changed. No coffee or breakfast as advertised. When i requested additional coffee packets night clerk told me i got was in the room. Front doors were locked after i checked in. That was super scary. Desk vlerk in morning was on phone on a personal call when i went to check out and continued conversation with me standing in front of her. The parking lot is full of debris and poor lighting. Overall i pretty.much would have been more comfortable and safe if i had stayed on my car instead. I seriously advise you not to stay there!"
