"Let's start with the bad things: None. Now to the good part: Everything. The hotel itself is located on a beautiful hill in Impruneta, surrounded by olive groves. The bedroom was spacious and the foyer was well equiped. Both were cleaned daily. The most important, it had two airconditioners making the rooms very co. fortable in the 100F Tuscan summer. "This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"

"staff was amazing. so helpful and friendly. the room was much larger than it looked in the photos. very very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. location was a 12 min walk from the train station and 20 min from the heart of florence (duomo etc). but lovely if you want a location that’s nice and calm and away from the chaos. the only issue was the shower, sometimes it didn’t drain properly so just be careful of it overflowing. other than that, amazing experience and would 100% go back."

"Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe."

There is also a small kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. We wanted to go wine tasting, and Estephano kindly helped us book a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, which made it easy to visit Florence without any issues, while still enjoying peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌿"
