"Very clean, nice staff"

"Overall the place is an excellent location. Quick walk to boardwalk. Room was clean and definetly more homey than a standard hotel room. Tv didn’t work which was fine we didn’t really need it and the AC was loud but working… it was 100 degrees out so understandable. Great view of the fireworks off the deck. Also the poo is nice size and has small kiddie area sectioned off which was great for my son."

"We stayed in one of their two bedroom apartments around the motel. It was well furnished and included basic kitchen amenities. Rooms were good size and with comfortable beds. Waking distance to the boardwalk and bars and restaurants. We did not use the pool but it seemed clean. Bit on the pricey side compared to others but well worth it."

"Nice place for a smaller family. Sleeper sofa was kinda small so it's ok for one person. Sofa/living room small as well. Table is too small for everyone to eat together. The place has a very modern and minimalist look which I appreciate. A very short walk and you're at the beach. Staff was great. Had no issues at all during my stay."

"The facility was older but my room was completely updated. It had a small fridge and microwave plus a small table and chairs The bathroom was also updated and very clean. The room smelled so clean and fresh like it had been deep cleaned. Towel sets were plentiful. The beds were on the firmer side but very comfortable. Parking was VERY tight in the small lot."

"The ac broke and we spent one night without an ac, they didn’t have one on premises and we had to wait until next day to replace it. The fridge’s racks were missing and they didn’t bring ones that fit, we had to pile our food on top of each other to fit. Parking was horrible, they don’t have enough spots and don’t have spots for handicapped people whose I am one of them. My car got many scratches because of how close the parking spots are which makes it very difficult to get in/out your car...

"We stayed at a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. Layout provided a nice amount of space for comfort for 3 adults, 2 children. Ocean Views were great! Close to bike rental, small water park for children and close to beach! And several places to eat within walking distance. We ubered to boardwalk. Some constructive feedback: while I felt comfortable sleeping at The Lotus Inn, meaning beds/sheets were clean, bathrooms were clean, I find that most rentals just cannot get the floors clean. : / I...

"Room was clean… only complaint is they need to add more decor in walls or furnishings in room it echos horribly that even a whisper sounds loud.. can also hear all the music from outside tiki bar until it Closed(stayed in room 6003). Wasnt a problem for us though! Staff was friendly, close to boardwalk, parking is convenient!! Shower is short so a tall person would barely get wet. Would stay again!"

"This was our 8th time at the Shalimar. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and met all our needs. The pool was well maintained and parking was always available. They have a small arcade, five hole golf, cornhole and a ping pong table. Learned today they have a fitness room! There's something for everyone. We're going back in a few weeks! Highly recommend."

"We were extremely impressed . The refrigerator was not working and a new refrigerator was delivered to our rom immediately. It was a cold, rainy weekend and the cable went out and that too was restored within a few hours along with other motels in the area. Our stay from check in to checkout the entire staff was friendly and attentive. Far exceeded our expectation with the cleanliness and attentive staff."
