"The staff and hotel were great, but unfortunately we were placed next to a neighbor who was extremely inconsiderate, loud, and unruly at 2-3 AM which completely ruined our sleep. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but the area just has a lot of these kinds of people I guess which ruins the experience. The walls are paper thin and it legitimately ruined our night since we couldn’t go back to sleep and had 7 hours of driving the next day."

"Our room was clean. Staff was very polite and efficient and provided us with information about eateries close by that would give us discount because we were staying there. One was conveniently located just across the parking lot! Breakfast was a little light, but we didn't leave hungry. It was a pleasant and safe long-established place, and I am sure we won't hesitate to visit again!"

"Rust in bathtub, room dated, toilet hard to flush, bathroom door hit exit door, and the side entrance door didnt latch correctly so anyone could easily enter the hotel whenever.
Check in was fabulous, check out took a while as the person was in the back and despite hitting the bells on counter 2x it still took quiet some time to get someone to counter..
I stayed at this location last month and had an upstairs room that was in much better condition and made the $100+ price ok- this time i was ground floor near side exit and it was not so great........ "

"The staff was awesome! From the time we came in the front door until we left, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to accommodate our wishes. The rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. The beads were very comfortable. The only negative was that the pool was closed. It would have been nice if that was stated on the website. "

The pool/spa area was not clean and appeared to have a film on the top layer of the water. The hot portion of the breakfast was cold, and not cooked fully."
