"great stay"

"We arrived on a cold evening in mid-October and the cottage interior was the same temperature as the exterior. The heating was broken and we were given a little space heater instead. There was also not an oven or stove (as advertised), instead a two-burner hot plate was set up on top of the inoperable appliance. "Clean room but in need of update! New beds, pillows and linen ! Great parking and great location !"

"It was a wonderful experience for my kids and the whole family including our dog. The only recommendation would be to have a more comfortable mattress. Everything else was just perfect."

"The Spouter Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking the ocean. The rooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The breakfast and daily cookies are superb. It was a pleasure for us to stay in such an idyllic setting, with such a friendly staff and excellent amenities. We highly recommend it!"
