"The room was extremely clean and was completely supplied with anything we might need. We only had one little snag. We were told to leave our luggage in the lobby and someone would bring it to our room. We waited over an hour and still no luggage. We went down to the lobby and the person we spoke to was a little confused as well. She informed the manager of the situation and they begin to search for the items. They found them outside the entrance of the building. But all was good just a little mix up. You will love being able to walk to every thing and our balcony was amazing as well"

"Soft beds, clean room, friendly staff. Pinky’s was nice for quick food without leaving the hotel. I wish it did room service. The coffee in the coffee shop is excellent. Parking was easy and no problem finding a spot in the hotel lot. Nice beach area and pool. Close to everything and great view from the balcony. One of the two elevators was broken for less than a day but it was inconvenient when you are on the seventh floor."

"When we arrived around 10:00 p.m., I waited in the lobby for about five minutes before anyone came to assist me. During that time, the bartender simply stared at me and assumed I was there for DoorDash, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. Fortunately, once the front desk representative arrived, she sincerely apologized and handled the check-in professionally after I explained what had happened. Aside from that initial experience, the rest of our stay was very positive. The property was clean, the amenities were well maintained, and the overall service was great. With a more welcoming first impression, this would have been an excellent stay."
