"The best thing about this place was the location, which is obviously important. The room was meager, outdated, etc. The building needs updating as well. There were no benefits of being at a 'resort' and there was an $18 parking fee on top of the room. Basic motels offer continental breakfast and better conditioned rooms. But, it did feel clean."

"This property is in excellent shape and very well maintained. Gulf view rooms deliver as promised and walk to the beach through the pool area is easy to navigate. Only down side to this property outside of its control is that there is a tourist helicopter across the street that takes off every half hour. Fun to see at it first, but rather noisy and distracting. Also, they book wedding and proms here with music going till 10pm."
