"The resort is excellent and the fact that there are various restaurants on property makes it so that you do not need to leave. The staff are efficient and this new concept they have adapted that you can text them what you need makes it a 100% easier to get things handled during the stay. Bell service was mega efficient, you call, they show up in minutes and were very friendly. The reason I won't give it a 5 star review is due to 2 reasons. 1, carpet in the entire room just does not work. It was extremely dirty, and sticky from past use. My son sat on the floor with light colored cloth and when he stood up there was a dark spot on his clothes. We could not walk bare footed on this carpet. They need to upgrade and remove the carpet ASAP. Two, the house keeping would not change our sheets during the stay .. they would just tidy up the sheets and not replace them. My kids bunk beds were missed 3 times during our 5 night stay. Yet we saw other rooms open as we walked the hall and noticed other rooms beds were done correctly, however ours was not. Even after asking to get it corrected. Still was not done. Also be prepared to spend $50 a day for 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Overall, even with this 2 negatives points i made, it does not take away from the amazing experience we had during our vacation."

"The most disgusting place we’ve ever stayed! Carpet & tile made our feet & socks black so we had to where shoes inside. Towels & sheets old, front AC unit didn’t cool, missing towel bar in bath, went to reef bar & grill - worst daiquiri EVER & advertised Karaoke on Fri & Sat is only from 7-9pm & they close completely down. Do not waste your money on this lousy place! Oh & on top of the room cost…Parking is an extra $15/day, beach chair rental $50/day! Not a resort, so steer clear! And the great reviews on their website have to be bogus, or they’re used to living in old filth!"

"Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready."

"This was our family’s first time staying at this property. This is a great value beachfront hotel, if you’re looking for bows and whistles or five star accommodations, you will be disappointed. But if you’re looking for a clean bed and steps to the beach then this is it. Sharkys are just about next door and kids eat free if you stay at any of the 3 properties under Seahaven. This is an older property so it’s not perfect."

"I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering I paid $758 for just two nights. The room itself appeared to have been recently painted and updated, and the bed was comfortable. However, several issues took away from the experience. The bathroom floor had caulking stains throughout that looked like old gum residue, and there were dried spots that appeared unsanitary and potentially could have been someone else’s DNA. The water pressure was also very poor. The kitchen was missing basic utensils entirely, which was inconvenient for an extended-stay style room. In addition, there were no visible signs directing guests to the elevators, making it confusing to navigate the property. The hallway carpets on the third floor were heavily stained and gave an unclean impression. To make matters worse, the room did not even include a courtesy bottle of water, something most hotels typically provide. Overall, for the price paid, I expected a much cleaner, more organized, and better-maintained experience."
