"It was a nice experience there, my room was upgraded to a suite and it was great, views from the room was magical, room was clean and spacious , bathroom was clean and it had a jacuzzi, the spa session was beautiful and relaxing, pool was warm, breakfast was delicious and staffs were nice"

"Room is very basic. Breakfast is basic. Nice chef though, came specially to apologise for the limited options. In general the B&B is overrated extremely overpriced. Not happy at all that I booked it"

"What a pleasant place this was. We had food in the Dolly bar and it was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could want
If I was being picky it would of been lovely to of seen outside lights from the bar so you could see the river in the dark"

"Was extremely amazed by the building beautifull inside well done out. Pool was very nice good sauna and steamroom. However i was disappointed with breakfast. I love a buffet breakfast but it was described on expedia as a "free breakfast" not "breakfast included" the difference was a extremely limited one table continental breakfast and a menue order for a cooked breakfast. Further disappointed by the size one extremely small sausage 2 bacon tiny tiny cup of baked beans with eg ect, not a cumbria...

"Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill.
When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken.
We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty.
Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer.
Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi.
When the bubbles were on in the jacuzzi the water smelled stale and unclean.
On reporting the cleanliness of the facilities after complaining previously about...

"Had a fantastic overnight stay for my wife’s birthday . We kindly got upgraded to a room with a hot tub which was an added bonus . We ate at the pan Asian restaurant which was delicious and the spa was so relaxing . We will definately be returning !
