"This was our 3rd time staying at this location and we had a great stay! Our room was big and spacious and clean and we love how central the location is. We can get to Seattle quickly and easily and there’s lots of good stores nearby. I even got picked as guest of the day! It was sweet! We always enjoy our stay at hotel 116"

"Very nice hotel. Rooms were adequate and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the rooftop patio. Only negative, there are two elevators and many people were bring down luggage at the same time to catch their transportation for their cruise. Plenty of restaurants, bars and stores nearby and walking distance to Pikes Market and the Space Needle."

"Only issue was 2 of the 3 elevators were in disrepair on a 28 floor building. The guests and us were pretending we were cramming into. a Japanese subway. Nice hotel, though. We will return."
