Overall a nice stay. Close to the airport (with a shuttle van), clean, and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was minimal (cereal, toast, pancakes, boiled eggs). Staff was nice. Would stay here again.

The girl who works at the front desk at night provides excellent customer service. But the hotel isn't the best option, since it's old and doesn't smell very good. But in terms of value for the price, I'd give it a 3.

I only need it a place to sleep for one night before our trip to Alaska cruise, for the price we paid , our room was great, clean, no smells, very big and great customer service. Yes the place was old but not complain here, I will go back . Very friendly everyone

Really close to the airport, stayed one night. I was able to do an early check in for an extra $35 which was really helpful. As others have commented, the hot water was a bit hit and miss and I had to keep adjusting the water. The room was spacious and bed comfortable.

It was very nice for a 2-star hotel. The bed was VERY firm and comfortable (loved it!). The staff were genial and did their best to help with everything. The hotel provides a very convenient drop-off and pick-up service to the cruise piers, and it is WAY cheaper than Uber!

Clean room. Convenient shuttle to & from SEA TAC Airport. Enjoyed the only 10 minute walk to the light rail. The continental breakfast was subpar. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. Overall. The price was right. I would stay there again.

It's not a luxury place, not even close. But it's value-priced and it's clean and the staff is very helpful. The offer of a 24-hour shuttle over the airport was great -- I had to be there at 4 a.m.

Come on people! All you needed to do was have a good clean mattress and a modern tv. This stay was beyond the most ridiculous stay for that price we have EVER had. We were taken advantage of incredibly!!!

Property was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located. Breakfast was not great...a couple types of cereal and a broken pancake machine (and nothing nearby to walk to for another option). Unique property. Our room was huge, but there was a structural post right in the middle, which made me nervous about running into it in the middle of the night. Seems as though it was a Super 8 and now privately owned. Free airport shuttle was nice. If you do the cruise port shuttle it is $30 per person cash only. Or Uber was around $67.

Everything was good until/except that when my son-in-law met us here and needed to use a bathroom after driving from Idaho to meet us to head to our cruise, the associate was, I felt, rude and would not let him use the bathroom. He hadn’t stayed with us in the hotel because they could drive up. I had to fly in. I think they could have been a little more lax about him using the bathroom. I will probably never use this hotel again due to how he was treated even though other than that things were okay. I especially liked the associate that was working overnight. shuttled us from the airport and was very friendly for 1 am.

People from the Hotel was very nice and helpful, the only down was when they went to my room and clean the trash ans took the towels but they didn't replace them. I'm not sure why they did that!
