The property was great, close to hospital at cherry hill which is why I was there. The second night had loud neighbors who were partying for Halloween so not ideal that night. The house is across the street from adult and family services and the food bank so during the day there is a lot of homeless traffic. Halloween night there was also homeless outside the apartment fighting. The property owners can’t control all that but the reason I was there was for peace and quiet to recover. The property was great.

Great stay but not perfect

The unit was a great layout, nicely stocked and very clean. The only issues I had on my trip were: - We asked the host if we could have a local friend over for a few hours to hang out (not stay the night). Despite the fact it was just 2 of us renting a 4-person suite, our request was declined because anything more than a few minutes would be considered 'a gathering'. - Meanwhile, the guests in the suite above were dropping things, walking around in shoes, and loudly talking until 2am each night. This isn't the host's fault, it's just what you should expect when renting the bottom floor of a multi-family unit, but it felt even worse after being told we couldn't even have a friend over to hang out. - Lastly, we asked if we could have a late checkout. We were told he would get back to us by 8am the following day. We never heard back, and ended up leaving earlier than we were hoping. Great unit; we'd stay again and would recommend. However just be aware of what to expect as per above. Should also mention, the area around the unit was fairly sketchy; it didn't bother us but might not be the right fit for a family with young kids. Parking was very easy to find on the street.

We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people.

The property was nice and taken care of, the location was very nice and safe and the access was easy and supporting staff were helpful and friendly, however, when I went inside the property, the cleaning staff left outside the cleaning cloths they cleaned all wet on the kitchen counter and some of the cleaning supplies as well. The washer did not work which was a disappointment since I was planning on washing some clothes.

I loved the location, it was right across the street from where my meeting was. But the coded lock had been removed and it took several conversations to get a spare key so I could unlock the door. But inside, was clean, new and beautiful. Was worth the inconvenience of getting in.

It was great

We stayed here because we had family at Swedish Medical Center, it was very close for walking to and from the hospital. Comfortable, but in some was awkward living room furniture situation. Very clean. The beds were extremely soft. Overall I would stay again for the convenience of location.

Apartment was directly across from the hospital. The apartment was clean, beautiful and modern. Had everything you needed. Definitely recommend to anybody especially if you need to walk across the street safely to the hospital while you have a loved one staying at the hospital.

This was a great stay for our family of 4, including 2 small children. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The unit was clean and as pictured. Parking can be challenging since a resident permit is required on most nearby streets (if parking more than 2 hours), but we managed to park on Cherry Street nearby which doesn’t have parking restrictions. The park next door was great to take the kids to.
