"The bathroom and sink were both dirty and needed draining work. We had to request twice to have them worked on while we went outside. For the amount we paid, this was unacceptable but we didn’t have any other choice as everything else was sold out"

"The room had a strong odor when we arrived- the staff did an odor removal treatment which required us to leave the room for a minimum of 30 minutes.
