"My first room smelled moldy. The staff provided me with another room very quickly, but the second room wasn’t much better. Smelled almost like a dog was in there. The carpet did not look clean. This hotel needs to be updated."

"The hotel was in a convenient location for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with nice beds however it had not been cleaned properly as their were 'clothing stickers' hanging from a piece of artwork on the walls and the area around the bathroom sink wasn't as clean as it could have been. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of options. Unfortunately Fox news was on the TV monitor in the breakfast room throughout the duration of the breakfast...

"Rooms were comfortable sufficient and clean separete bedroom with tv was great. I understand that this is a pet friendly hotel but one morning getting off elevator I was met with two 2 huge pit bulls scared my wife and I to death there should be some limit"

"Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

"I only stayed for one night while attending a meeting, and for that purpose, the hotel was exactly what I needed. It was clean, practical, and conveniently located near my meeting. The continental breakfast was fairly standard — pretty much what you would expect from a typical business hotel. They also offer ample free parking, which is definitely a plus if you’re driving through Long Island."

"Good place to stay"

"Hotel was ok. Rooms are fairly small, mini fridge doesn’t really cool things down and you have to keep pressing the chill button which only works for 2 hours. Shower was good. Bed comfy. Needed another key for the pool which was partially closed. (Hot tub) other than that it was ok."
