was nice but not heated therefore could not go inside it was cold. Location was perfect walkable to the mall in 15 minutes. There is a shisha lounge/club that opens at 11 around the side of the hotel separate entrance worth checking out. I went during off peak time therefore there was not a lot of people staying in hotel."

"The hotel was lovely from the outside and had some very beautiful features. When we arrived the receptionist told us that they had a problem as no hot water in the hotel. He offered us complementary breakfast but we were very disappointed because this is not what my wife and I expected. The room was a little dated as there was not a standalone shower but a bath with a shower over the bath. Cold washing was the situation of our 2 day stay.
