Super considerate staff, beautiful spacious rooms, great beach and swimming pools

A truly amazing experience from beginning to end. A stunning beach front resort with five star treatment. The staff went above and beyond to make this the perfect holiday. Would recommend to anyone who is tempted to book!

Very friendly staff - children eat free , discounts off of food and drink with ihg membershlp Great kid friendly hotel , pools fantastic kids club and splash pool. Wide range of food on either à la carte or buffet.

Amazing unique experience on a rare piece of history. What a great idea to transform a legendary boat to an hotel.

We arrived and were met at the ferry port by the hotel transport which was complimentary. Although we were earlier than check in time this was not an issue, and we were able to access our lovely villa immediately. We were also given detail of things like the barbecue in our villa, several afternoon teas and buggy hire, all complimentary and a very nice surprise. Wonderful staff, immediate help if we needed it, excellent accommodation, fabulous location - our party of 4 all thoroughly enjoyed...

Beautiful hotel on Bintan! We’d recommend it. We’ve enjoyed a villa with pool and beautiful view. Some items are a little dated, but overall we thought it’s in good nick and they maintain the villas and common areas well. The beach is a total hidden gem as it’s incredibly beautiful only a step down from the large pool. You wouldn’t need a private pool. The service stands out with exceptional care throughout from check-in to housekeeping. Nice restaurants on site (Treetops our favourite)....

Loved everything about the Cassia, the rooms were spotless and spacious with a lovely living area. The beachfront location was gorgeous, sandy white beach and the beautiful pool looking out to sea. Breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. You can use the facilities at the other hotels within the group and we had dinner at Treetops at the Banyan Tree one evening which added to the experience. We went midweek so it was very relaxed and peaceful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked...

Rooms are dated but well maintained and cleaned for their age. Staff were very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The beach was beautiful one of the best we have seen. Food offering on half board was good. Pool area and grounds are lovely.

Fantastic. Nothing much more to say, food was incredible, resort was spotless, staff were out of this world. We loved it and were so sad to leave.

All staff, I mean all staff are so friendly and make you welcomed here. Hotel is just next to the beach with relaxing and calming setting. The rooms are spacious, modern. Our family booked a massage session and they even have kids massage, the hotel arranged transport to take us to the spa and we were treated like kings and queens. One day, we missed the shuttle bus by 2 mins and the hotel staff offered to drive us to the restaurant, everyone here goes an extra mile. The hotel offers a wide...
