"Service könnte verbessert werden. Teilweise könnte die Motivation der Mitarbeiter, sowie auch an der Vergesslichkeit beim bestellen gearbeitet werden. Auch wenn wir das Ungleichgewicht in der Behandlung von Kunden wir vermuten, dass die schon öfters da waren besser behandelt und bevorzugt werden. Dies gilt aber nicht bei allen Mitarbeitern."

"Die Unterkunft ist rundum perfekt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und riechen herrlich. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, schade nur, dass der Pool nicht etwas wärmer war. Das Gym und der Spabereich ebenso ein Highlight. Wir haben in der Unterkunft gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen, beides top Qualität und großartige Bedienung. Alle sind so nett und herzlich, ich kann die Unterkunft in jedem Aspekt nur wärmstens empfehlen, ein wahnsinniges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!! "

"Liliana and Francesco contacted us through WhatsApp and helped us navigate the parking, it is a short walk from the room. The room is on a street that cars are not permitted to park which helped make for a very peaceful nights sleep. It was a beautiful room with a balcony, and being able to open the door for sun and fresh air was s plus.
