"This was a nice motel clean and friendly staff."

"I was surprised at how nice the hotel was. I thought it was going to be heavily skewed toward the casino, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was very easy to get to the hotel part without having to walk through the casino. We also got to enjoy the pool which was well maintained. There was also a bowling alley and an arcade that we didn't have time to explore, but there are definitely amenities geared toward families."

"The coupons for breakfast, dinner, dessert, and cocktails were a definite plus for our stay. The food was very good and the restaurant delightful. Every person we encountered with the staff was a credit to the hotel management, and they were all just really nice people."

"Right in the center of everything. This is an older style inn which suited us fine. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed. The inside courtyard provided a communal space to sit and relax, read or have a quick bite. This is by the main street but the rooms don't face directly on it so are fairly quiet but you do get some noise. Overall a great place to stay."

"This was a hit and miss. The lodge reception was closed, so needed to drive to casino to check in. It was busy at 4pm but the staff was very fast and friendly. The suite was large with a living room, balcony and bedroom, 2 TVs and with 2 bathrooms. The en suite bathroom had the vanity light not working so it was dark but plenty of fresh towels. The 2nd bathroom shower head didn't function at all. Since it was only myself I chose to use the other bathroom. The place was clean, a nice window...

The pool bar was inactive and to get a drink one had to walk to the other restaurant attached to it but no bartender was present and they were out of liquors for their five drinks. "This place was in a very convenient area. It is located behind a RV park but allowed enough privacy. This property is the perfect booking for a solo traveler or couples. I traveled here by myself and had a great time. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience...

"Located on a hill in an old mining town called Jerome this hotel is like stepping back in time. It’s above the Clinkscale Restaurant (which I highly recommend!). Once you check in (inside the restaurant), there is a separate entrance to the upstair rooms. Open the door and immediately feel transported to another era (no elevator here); but the staff will gladly assist you with your luggage.
