"AC was great. There was an available parking lot close to the property (Free). The only amenity in the hotel, is a small swimming pool. The staff were good. The room was super clean. "

"Our Villa was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driven by golf cart to our room and bags were brought up to us. The entire stay was amazing. Very polite and respectful to all of us. Would highly recommend and would love to return. "

"Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. "

"The beach view and location were lovely. Gated parking was really nice. Beach chairs and towels were available from them. The property itself is a bit tired, with pvc piping for sliding door handles and closet bars. The room was cleaned daily."

"A very clean and pretty hotel. It was a very busy week but not over crowded. They could use a better breakfast set up, even for a coffee and muffin there was a line. "

"Jessica and Ruben are wonderful hosts! The cottage homes were super clean! If you want tranquility, you want to hear nature and truly relax, then this is a perfect spot. The neighboring towns were within 10 minutes drive and you can select from many restaurants. El hippie waterfall is a 10m drive to spend jumping off rocks into the water.. "

"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

"I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. "This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. "The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "
