"This room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower handle was falling apart and I couldn't adjust the temperature very well. The room was cold, so we turned on our heater which immediately started smoking and set off our smoke detector. We tried to tell the staff, but no one ever seemed to be around. We had a neighbor having a very loud conversation next door about owing someone else money early in the morning. Our experience was just okay."

"We were on the Katy Trail then our bikes were accommodated, the beds were comfortable no issues there. Our biggest complaints were staff inside the casino and the restaurant. Never being in a casino before I didn't know how to go about anything. And where you get your players card lets just say after multiple visits to the counter we finally got it figured out. Bar staff and floor staff were great. At the restaurant we ordered at 9:20pm for a 10pm close. The waitress didn't check on us after our food was delivered until 10pm and then I tried to order a 2nd sandwich to go because it was so good. She tried to inform me it was to late to order. I stated if she had come to check on us in the last 20 minutes it wouldn't be to late. She reluctantly put it in and informed us she was doing her closing stuff. We never got offered desserts either I'm sure because getting out was more important than costumer service. Funny thing is if she had touched our table more we would have been able to have dessert and not have to go to the bar for drinks refills. So the restaurant was they least favorite part, and it didn't have to be."

"This is a good old hotel for a night or two. We enjoyed the large indoor space for relaxing and playing games. The fridge in the room was larger than most. Bathroom was divided and the tub/toilet part was very tight. Within walking distance of a good restaurant. Plenty of parking. The breakfast buffet had real scrambled eggs, a big plus."

I was working nights on the highway and needed to find a place that would allow me to check in at 5:00am and after calling multiple hotels this was the only that would accommodate me. The room was clean and slightly updated. Only complaint was the bed frame was all metal and made a lot of noise when moving around on the bed. Overall I would stay here again."
