"This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town."

"The valet was not good.
We texted as instructed for pickup and waited 30 minutes for our car. I had to go in to reception to ask them to call the valet as we needed to get to the airport for a 9am flight. It wasn't busy as it was 7am and we found out the valet had left his phone at a desk so would never have found out unless reception paged him. I still tipped him and regretted it after thinking about it some more.
The rest of the hotel is perfect as expected and we have stayed here multiple...
