"I wanted some peace from the bustle of Johannesburg for one night and found this guest lodge to be perfect and I felt very safe. A large room with a comfortable bed plus a big bathroom. The bathroom was modern and well appointed with a spacious bath and separate shower. The property was quiet, even though it was full of guests, and the breakfast generous. "

"Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night. "Situated in a nice location, quiet, close to highway. The hosts are extra nice couple, staffs are friendly. The single rooms are a bit disappointed, with proper window or ventilation and there is no aircon. Otherwise, was nice to stay for the night as a stopover."
