"Beautiful grounds on this property and the staff is friendly. However, the rooms are severely outdated and the beds are very uncomfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable in my first room that we instead slept on the pull out sofa for several nights. The manager, Jennifer, did her best to help us and put us in a different room. The bed in our new room was still uncomfortable. It seems like the beds, mattresses, furniture, etc. are many years old. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before with such uncomfortable beds. Also, we stayed 4 nights and did not receive maid service once. I hope for future guests that the Hilton takes care of these major issues. I would never stay there again. "

"The room was very clean and cozy with a kitchenette and amenities. I believe it is a state law/policy on laundry, but no softener on fancy towels. I wish they were just little bit more fluffy/softer. That could be improved with e detergent they use and material if the towels. This trip don’t allow me to spend multiple days in this relaxing location and I missed an opportunity to explore the resort. But people are very friendly and all guests I met on the property looked so happy."

"We love staying here in the King/Queen suites. Only wish we could stay longer. The only downside was the hot tub overlooking the rocks wasn't working. We walked all the way down to have this special experience (as we did last time) but it was all locked up. It was one of the things I was looking forward to. However, highly recommend and will be back."

"The Inn was sub par. It was close to the center and that was helpful. Please make sure that you check your booking carefully. I had 4 guests and was told that I booked a king size bed with a sofa pull out. The front desk staff was not helpful to even try to give us 2 beds."
