"A nice, affordable option in expensive Sedona. Located in West Sedona, but still close to everything. All the rooms have a place to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. I was in the back building down the hill a bit. A couple of steps up to our ground floor room. Then the room had a patio out back with a wall against the hill where the front parking lot is. It means you’re eye level with the parking lot. Not an issue, just hard to describe. It meant our patio was a nice enclosed space with two rocking chairs and a table. Perfect for a relaxing breakfast prepared with the included fridge, micro, and coffee pot."

"The property is excellent if you are looking for an attractive and comfortable place to stay while in Sedona. Rooms are very nicely furnished and in my situation, was equipped with a full kitchen (it was a suite). One could live here comfortably. If however you are vacationing and seeking amenties beyond a pool (and they have some nice pools) there is little to be had. There is no tennis, pickleball or even shuffleboard available. The complex is on the edge of Sedona so no restaurants are in walkable range, which left me surprised there was not even a clubhouse/hotel bar to have a beverage or a sandwich, despite the number of people staying at the site. Upon arrival they hit me up to attend an information session where I would receive a gift (in my case refunding me the resort fee they just charged me when checking in). I asked if this was a time-share sales presentation and was told "they prefer to think of it as a club". Fortunately the rep did not press further after I told him I have absolutely no interest in a time share. "We had a great stay here. Its perfectly located within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping (including Tlaquepaque), and even has a hiking trail in the back. The breakfast was really good and the views were awesome. Unfortunately, we had a few plumbing issues, however, maintenance came and fixed very quickly. I think my only complaint is the added resort fee; we used the pool twice, but not really sure what other amenities they had that would warrant a resort fee, but the breakfast was included so I guess that evens it out. Regardless, its a great, centrally located place to stay, and definitely recommend. Would stay there again if and when we go back to Sedona!"
