"We booked this room last minute on the way through Austria and had a request of 2 extra pillows. By the time we checked in less than an our later the room was ready and already had the two pillows in the room. Very efficient and the fronts desk staff was very helpful.

"I would have given 4 stars but we were unable to get any air conditioning for the entire stay. I brought it up to the staff but they were unable to do something about it. With the very hot weather, we had sleeping issues. Also, one window had no curtains only blinds making the room very very bright at sunrise. Not ideal!
