"Das Hotel ist ein Traum für alle die Entspannung, Wellness und gutes Essen suchen. Von Anfang bis Ende des Urlaubs haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ob an einem der beiden Außenpools, oder am Innenpool. Es war einfach traumhaft! Das Personal war super freundlich! Vor allem möchten wir uns bei Plamen bedanken, der uns zum Frühstück und Abendbrot jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Wir hatten noch nie so eine engagierte und zuvorkommende Servicekraft! Halbpension absolut zu empfehlen, das Essen war absolute...

"We had an amazing stay with our 2 children. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms, and this was perfect - lots of space and storage. We loved the kids pool area and waterslide, as well as the large outdoor pool which was amazing on a sunny day. The food was really good and varied, our kids also loved it. Great location and lovely staff. We will definitely be back!"

"The reception staff were disappointing. While I was speaking to them, they were also serving customers in the restaurant, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. The bathroom was also in very poor condition and needs urgent improvement. Overall, not a satisfying experience."
