"We stayed here for 2 nights in the height of August - 3 of us in a family room (2 single beds downstairs and 2 on an upstairs mezzanine). There is no air conditioning but there were 2 fans, which were adequate. The room is very clean and very convenient for walking to the bus stop (which is free with a card from the accommodation) and only 10 mins walk from the railway station. Not a cheap place to stay - but nowhere is in Interlaken. Breakfast costs 25 Swiss Francs per person (which we did not try). Beds were very comfortable. Internet access was good (and free). Staff were very helpful, lending us an electric adaptor as our normal European one didnt match Swiss sockets. It would be good if a kettle was provided in the room. Overall we'd recommend this place to stay. "

"Overall a nice hotel and great location- only few mins away by bus to station that connects to different locations. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Would have been more comfortable to have standard tea station in rooms as had to always go downstairs to get a hot beverage for kids. Room was cleaned but noticed sink in bathroom was never cleaned during stay. "

"I really enjoyed the cooking facilities and lounge area on the first floor. As my room as small it was a good place to relax when I wasn't out and about. I was a little apprehensive about the digital keys on the app at first but it worked very well. I was very pleased to be able to access my room early as it was available and to be able to leave my luggage and continue to use the communal areas for 7 hours between check out for the room and 6pm. Much appreciated as my train was at 4pm. Room was very quiet despite both the hotel and the area being busy. Lovely place to stay. It is also a really convenient 3 mins walk from the station - once you get out of the labarynthine station complex. "

"The building was beautiful and the room was nice and big. The view looking out is absolutely gorgeous. The view also in the back is amazing. Unfortunately, their breakfast did not match The view. Also, we thought the breakfast was complimentary and even then I wouldn't have eaten it, but I didn't realize we were getting charged even for the breakfast for how bad it was. Also there is not AC in all the rooms. Keep that in mind if it's a hot day that you go. Also the water is leaking out on the shower onto the carpet. Without there being AC it could cause some mildew buildup if they don't get on top of it. Even with those things we really enjoyed or stay."
