"We really enjoyed our stay at Balmers! While I would say this place is for a younger crowd, I think there is something for everyone! They have nightly events (Trivia, sunset outings, movies, etc) and are located in a great location central to everything you could need! "

"Amazing experience. Only stayed for one night, but was seriously looking for ways to extend just because it was such an awesome place. Love how they managed to renovate the place so that it acts as a living museum and a very comfortable stay. The restaurants was great and the staff was super friendly as well. A must do, if you're in the area."

"very good Youth Hostel, close to Saanen and Gstaad, parking must be reserved bofore getting there. Public transport nearby. Plenty of walking trails close by."
