"Hotel is dated but clean and the grounds are beautiful, as is the ocean view. Staff speak hardly any English so you need a translation app if staying here. Expedia led us to believe there were restaurants on site but this is not the case, so you need to walk into town (2km) or take taxis (very reasonable prices) as the hotel is quite remote. "We had the standard room which is TINY and they did try to upsell us on arrival but it was fine for the two nights we were there. Good shower, nice toiletries, comfortable bed. Good to have laundry facilities although not cheap. The immediate area around is quite quiet so the bar, shop, etc were useful although the bar was very expensive and didn’t have great options. A great shop in reception."

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the gym was nice, although it was temporarily closed for maintenance. I had planned to hike Mt. Halla, but it was pouring rain all weekend across Jeju Island, so I ended up spending most of my time in the room. Still, I had a relaxing stay in a cozy room."
