"I cannot fault this hotel. The cleanliness and service was amazing. All the staff are extremely kind and nothing is too much for them Their spa faciliites and indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The breakfast had great selection and variety each day and very fresh. Rooms would get cleaned every day and we are definitely coming back in the near future. Thank you for the cookies at reception. We had a slight issue with the shower drain being really slow so they had someone come to see it straightaway and said there’s nothing they can do as it’s due to the plumbing of the building. Also had some glue leaking from the side of the shower but told the night receptionist and he made a note of it.
