"Nice place, expensive for what it is. Suite rooms are just big hotel rooms. Staff are okay, one lady is really nice but the rest were useless, there was smashed glass on the floor near the pool and about 4 members of staff shrugged their shoulders whilst people were walking around bare foot. My husband pointed it out as we have a 2yr old and got a really rude response for trying to help, he was being really nice. Was all a bit strange. It was still there 24 hours later, which for such an expensive place you’d expect a bit more care. Also 2 beers was 28euros and they also tried to charge us for the mini bar when we bought our own beers for the fridge. Overall it’s mainly about the pool more than anything else."
