"Stayed at the Jangle on our way back from Greece to the US. Convenient location for making a quick turnaround. Value is good and the room is fine. Shuttle to the airport is a great feature but was a little chaotic both at the airport and the hotel. Had a drink and a bite on our night there and then ate at the breakfast buffet. The food service is just ordinary."

"Room was clean and had the basics, breakfast is decent offering both hot and cold items. No shuttle to the park but there is a public transit bus that can take you there from across the street every 20 min. Unfortunately no hot water in the room 2 of the 3 days we were there (and I mean seriously cold, like an ice bath so unable to shower) and spotty internet throughout - perhaps due to high occupancy but bit disappointing for the price. "

"Our shower was not cleaned properly and still had long hair on the wall. Water was leaking onto the floor from under the sink which my husband noticed when his socks were wet after stepping into the bathroom. We reported this to the receptionist who came to our room to view the leak. We had to use our hand towel to soak up the water as we did not have a bath mat in our bathroom. We did not receive another hand towel. There was a stain on our bedding and our duvet cover was replaced. There was also stains/spill on the wall. We did take photos of the leak, stain/spill, "

"Room was good, main bed with bunk beds which our daughter loved! Was nice and dark even when light outside which helped us all sleep in when we had the chance for a little bit! Used the pool a couple of times, not the biggest and people stayed in the hot tub for an excessive length of time but no-one there to monitor it, which was a bit frustrating. Drinks priced as expected but you can order food and drinks in if you want with many options nearby via uber eats. Breakfast - good selection and seated quickly even if there was a queue, however from a personal perspective people need to be respectful and not actively barge in front of those in the queue to get their food and drinks. Minimal awareness or manners from some guests. Shuttle bus frequent however can be jam packed! We walked back after the fireworks/night display which was 30 mins walk maximum."
