"Location was ideal 10/10 . Everything was local. Shops restaurants museums and easy access transport but cheaper to use Uber. You wait for a message to get code to access main door and room door. Rooms were very clean. Everything was well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom with extra loo roll and towels. Except the sofa bed was not very comfortable after a long day of walking. Communication was easy as you can communicate by WhatsApp for any issues."

Also as someone who doesn't like crowds, it's a bit rough trying to enter at night with the main entrance being on pink street. The room itself was very large, the amenities were really quite excellent, and their staff were all great. They accommodated my ridiculously early check in without hassle, had wifi great enough for me to do business calls without issue, and having a California King bed was a wonderful...

"Victor was SO kind and extremely helpful with responsiveness on how to access the apartment as well as its’ amenities. Our welcome was made very easy, which is such a nice touch after traveling through Europe for a couple weeks. The apartment was extremely well kept, clean, spacious, and adorably designed. "We werent able to check in due to weather conditions causing flight cancellations. Requested for any kind of relief - partial refund or future credit for a stay. They rejected the request from me as well as Expedia who tried contacting them on behalf of us. Writing this review while staying at another great prorperty here in Lisbon."

"We very much enjoyed our stay here . The apartment was huge ! The staff were amazing . They were always asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything . Very much appreciated the welcome gift ! The location was perfect ! We were happy to find a nice flat area to stay at , some of the other areas appeared quite hilly . Numerous places to eat nearby . Enjoyed the view from the large windows . Would love to stay here again if we return to Lisbon and would most definitely recommend it to...

"Castle Inn was a quaint, clean & charming apartment in the center of the old Castle area. We felt like we were living like a local even though it is a popular tourist destination. It is very central to everything. The owners were always quick to respond & were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. "
