"Visited again in 2024 with my wife after a positive solo experience in 2018. Was worried about the recent negative reviews, but everything was as positive as I remember! Rooms were clean, the pool deck is beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very helpful and approachable! There is also a nice lemongrass theme to the smell of the whole place that I really love! "Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. "
