"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place.
The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work.
Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences.
Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking

"Wir hatten von Sonntag bis Donnerstag eine Junior Suite mit Seeblick gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet und bot mehr als ausreichenden Stauraum; auch für unsere Golfausrüstung.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstücksbufett empfanden wir als sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, Dinner Buffett war gut mit Verbesserungspotential. Wellnessbereich, Pool (Ü16) und Gym waren nicht voll und deshalb sehr angenehm zu nutzen. Alles in allem ein...
