"We stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to the Dolomites and expected a better experience for the price paid. Cons: There was almost never anyone at the front desk. We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow. Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay. There is no air conditioning. "We stayed at this hotel, at 11pm the power went out. We went to ask a staff and there was no one at the front desk. We had to sleep without AC or lights. We had to check out early at 7am and there was no staff at that time either. Hotel is beautiful but power issues are not a good experience for the price you pay."

"Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed. We will be rebooking this again next year!"
